July 30, 2019, marked a day of another milestone in the history of Lincoln American University, School of Medicine (LAU). On the great day, the University has signed an agreement of collaboration with Max Healthcare Institute (Max Healthcare), India.
The signing ceremony was held at a branch office of the University in the Noida City of India. The agreement was signed by Air Marshal (Dr) Pawan Kapoor, AVSM, VSM, and BAR (Retd), Former Director-General of Medical Services (IAF), Vice-Chancellor of Lincoln American University and Dr. Shubnum Singh, Founder Member, Chief Executive, and Director, Medical Education, Medical Research & Advisor, Max Healthcare. The notable dignitaries who were present during the ceremony are as under:

Followed by welcome greetings and exchange of dialogues, the collaboration agreement was signed by Air Marshal (Dr) Pawan Kapoor on behalf of Lincoln American University and Dr. Shubnum Singh on behalf of Max Healthcare.

Clinical Rotations in India

Postgraduate Program in Internal Medicine (MRCP-UK)
In partnership with the Joint Royal College of Physicians Training Board of the United Kingdom (JRCPTB-UK), Max Healthcare offers a 3-Year Postgraduate Program in Internal Medicine. During the Program, medical graduates go through extensive practical training and laboratory research, and patient management in outpatient and inpatient setting with Core Medical Training.
The Program is recognized by Medical Council of India as Postgraduate MD Program and also incorporates the standards of MRCP-UK (Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom).
MRCP-UK is a postgraduate medical diploma and recognized worldwide for its quality benchmarks, medical knowledge, and clinical skills. To qualify MRCP-UK, the candidate is required to qualify the following three examinations:

Once students qualify all the three parts of MRCP-UK, they will get MRCP-UK Diploma, which is a very distinct professional qualification and is equivalent to Postgraduation in Medicine. MRCP-UK is also recognized by the General Medical Council (GMC) as part of the UK Postgraduate Medical Training Program.

Diplomate of National Board (DNB) is a postgraduate medical title awarded by National Board of Examinations (NBE) and is considered as equivalent to Postgraduate MD or MS qualification.
