On March 30, 2025, Lincoln American University proudly hosted the grand Convocation Ceremony for the graduating class of 2025 at Hotel Marriott, Georgetown, Guyana. Adding grandeur to the event, the Hon'ble Prime Minister of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, Brigadier (Ret'd) Mark Anthony Phillips joined the event as the Guest of Honor. Other dignitaries who graced the event with their esteemed presence were H.E. Dr. Amit S.Telang, Indian High Commissioner to Guyana, and his wife, Dr Deepali Telang; and Vice Chancellor of the University- Air Marshal (Dr.) Pawan Kapoor (Retd.)

The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome speech by the esteemed dignitaries including His Excellency Mr. Amit Telang & Vice Chancellor, Air Marshal (Dr.) Pawan Kapoor (Retd.). The words of the Honorable Prime Minister of Co-operative of Guyana, Brigadier (Ret'd) Mark Anthony Phillips filled the students with great inspiration and motivation. In his inspiring speech, he congratulated the graduating class and encouraged them to embrace their significant responsibility in advancing healthcare in Guyana and beyond.

The event moved ahead with a moment when all the graduates were conferred with their degrees as a symbol of their dedication, hard work, and resilience. Lincoln American University wishes all the graduates many success in their future medical pursuits and offers sincere congratulations to graduates of the 2021 Lincoln American University class. Through having knowledge and skills from LAU they can now leave a mark in medicine all over the world.
